Friends have identified the teenager killed in a shooting in east Wichita early Sunday morning. Police were called at around 12:45 a.m. Sunday to a report of a disturbance and gunfire near Lincoln and Oliver. They arrived to find 17-year-old Tyran Carter in the back of a residence. He died at the scene.
